About the Role:
Join Skilled Nursing Pharmacy as a Warehouse Technician, where you'll play a vital role in ensuring the timely and accurate distribution of pharmaceutical products. Responsibilities:
- Receive and inspect incoming pharmaceutical products for quality and accuracy.
- Organize and maintain inventory in compliance with safety and regulatory standards.
- Prepare and package orders for shipment to skilled nursing facilities.
- Assist in inventory management and cycle counts to ensure stock accuracy.
- Operate warehouse equipment, including forklifts and pallet jacks, safely and efficiently.
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily operational goals and deadlines.
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment to promote safety and efficiency.
- Adhere to all company policies and procedures regarding inventory control and safety.
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent; relevant warehouse experience preferred.
- Familiarity with inventory management systems and warehouse operations.
- Ability to lift heavy objects and perform physical tasks as needed.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work in a team environment.
- Forklift certification is a plus; willingness to obtain certification required.
- Reliable, punctual, and committed to maintaining high standards of work.
- Previous experience in the pharmaceutical industry is an advantage.
